KAFSIS participated as a promoter at the 2-day conference organized by the Association of Solid Waste Management of Crete (ESDAK) on “Regional Solid Waste Management Plan, Path to circular economy, March 2018”. The ZERO WASTE environmental program was presented as a significant example of a circular economy, attracting the interest of both private and public sector executives. It was confirmed that the application of best environmental practice is feasible and can create economies of scale for all stakeholders.
